I live in India and presently use unlimited Rs. 750 plan via BSNL ( my internet service provider). These days I was experiencing bad surfing as well as downloading. It sucked me very badly. But that is now a history of bad surfing for me. Here I am sharing with what I did to enhance and speed up my broadband downloading and surfing very quickly.
I just went to my network adapter settings and configured the network ips manually. See the screenshot below.
Hopely this trick will work for any broadband connection throughout world.
Just configure ips manually like shown above. Use public DNS of popular websites like Google, Yahoo, Bing or whatever whose downtime is very least and is on internet seamlessly.
Here I have used public ip of GOOGLE. and i.e 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 You can search for such public ips. Here is a list below of some very fast public dns server lists.

Try out this and surely it will boost and speedup your broadband and other internet connectivity. It even tweaked my downloading speed. It doesn’t even matter with who is your service provider. Just go practically through the post over here and enjoy.
